Could 2003 Be The Best Year of Your Life?
It certainly could be! But if so, it will probably be up to you to a great
degree. In real estate they have a saying, ìlocation, location, locationî,
because that is one of the most important factors in real estate being a
profitable investment. In life, maybe we should say, ìoutlook, outlook,
outlookî. How do you view your life and world? January 1st is traditionally
a time of looking back at the year we have had and also a time of looking
forward to what lies ahead. We have some challenges ahead of us, without
a doubt. Our country is on the brink of a military conflict with Iraq. Our
economy is not as vibrant as it was a couple of years ago and we are feeling
the effects of that all around us. Historically, whenever there has been
the threat of war in our country it has caused us to stop and examine the
things that are truly important to us. And when we do that our outlook changes!
When we focus on our families, our relationship with God and the opportunities
we enjoy just because we live in America, we can see how truly blessed we
are. Do we have some major challenges ahead? We sure do! And maybe more than
we even realize right now. But our greatest challenge may be in how we choose
to face them. If we can properly focus our outlook, the rest will be easier.
If you want 2003 to be the best year of your life, take a moment to re-examine
your priorities. Make sure they are made of the things that are truly important.
Take time each day to be thankful for all you have been blessed with and
you might just be surprised at how much better the future looks!
